Andy has served on the eldership team for many years and currently oversees Sunday
morning logistics, the worship and tech teams, our men’s ministry (Xmen) and is also
a trustee. He claims to love all music (but actually disdains country music) and
really does love gadgets. Jane is a big West Ham supporter and Andy is an Arsenal
man… enough said.
Aaron has been a part of the church for over 20 years. He met Megan whilst playing
football with her brother and they married in 2010. They have two young daughters
Milly and Lara. Aaron works full time for X1, having previously worked in IT and
for Watford New Hope Trust.
Aaron became an elder at the end of 2013 and began working full time for the church
at the end of 2014. He oversees our midweek small groups, pastoral care, outreach,
and many other areas of church life. Aaron loves country music, sports, bad jokes
and wearing shorts!
Daniel has been a part of the church since 2009. Cat joined the church around the
same time, but it wasn’t till 2013 that they got together. They have been married
since Sept 2014. Daniel works part time for X1 and part time with Andy Smith. Cat
is ‘CHO’ (Chief Happiness Officer) for a technology company.
Daniel became an elder at the end of 2013 and began working three days/week for the
church at the start of 2015. He oversees the under 18s work and our young adults
group (Xcentral) and helps to keep things ticking along administratively. He enjoys
playing football more than watching (he’s a Liverpool supporter!) and loves a good
board game… Cat does not.
Andy and Jane have been a part of the church for over 20 years. They met through
the church and have been married since 1997 and now have two teenage children, Jess
and Joel. They run a training consultancy business and a recording studio.
